As your wedding professional we have provided blocks of time to consider when building your timeline.
TIMELINE BLOCKS
2.5 Hours Bridal Hair and Make-up Services for South Asian Brides
1 Hour - .5 Hours as Buffer for the Bridal Dressing for South Asian Brides
Ceremony Prep for South Asian Bride
30 Minutes prior to Hair & Make-up is completed Photo & Video Services to Begin
30 Minutes for Bridal Prep Photos
15 Minutes for Faux Make-up Shots
1 Hour - for Groom's Prep and Dressing
30 Minutes for Groom's Singles
15 Minutes for First Look with Bride's Dad and/or Brother if Bride would like it
30 Minutes for Bride's Singles
15 Minutes to set up First Look
1 Hour for First Look & Couple Photos (typically at least 2 to 2.5 hours Prior to the First Event - Baraat or Ceremony)
1.5 Hours at Minimum when ceremony Site needs to be Photo Ready
30 Minutes for Pre-Ceremony Nuclear Famliy Photos
30 Minutes at minimum for Bridal party photos based on Bridal Party Size
30 Minutes Prior to First Event - Baraat or Ceremony all photos done
30 Minutes for Baraat
15 Minutes for Groom's Greeting Ceremony
30 Minutes to allow for guests to get seated for Ceremony
1.5 Hours for South Asian Hindu Ceremony
30 Minutes for Post Ceremony Photos
15 Minutes of Photos of the couple alone in the Mandap
30 Minutes for Couple at Lunch (if lunch is being served)
30 Minutes for any Send Off Ceremony (If one is being performed)
1.5 Hours for Second Hair and Make-up Look for Bride
1 Hour Prior to Cocktail Hour Ballroom Photo Ready along with Cocktail Hour
1 to 1.5 Hour Cocktail Hour Based on guest count
30 Minutes to get guests seated for Reception
1.25 Hours for Grand Entrances and Reception Program (based on program)
30 Minutes after Dancing Starts Photo and Video End time
15 Minutes after event end time is Vendor Strike time
