PLANNING
Review all the vendor contracts signed and executed by Client
Access to BLI for Professional Consultation and Communication during the 4-month period
Extensive Cloud based collaboration with Client on Aisle Planner
Design collection to establish color palate, overall aesthetic and design for Wedding Events
Design includes custom inspiration board, vendor recommendations and design meetings
Optional upgrades for BLI clients for additional rental items :: linens, dance floor, lounge furniture, draping, specialized china, props, etc
EXECUTION
Review of all vendor contracts signed and executed by Client
Create an extensive detailed timeline for the wedding day
Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by Venue
Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
Manage banquet staff regarding set ups and submission of floor plans
Execute the event day in a seamless manor
Includes a minimum of 4 Coordinators including a Bridal Attendant. (Additional staffing determined based on Guest Count)
Collection includes Wedding Day services only, pre events can be added for additional cost
